About the Company & Infrastructure

You’ll be working for a pioneer in Dutch logistics and cold-chain management, specializing in large-scale food-sector supply chains. The state-of-the-art facility features over 100,000 pallet spaces across multiple cold and freezer cells (ranging from +7°C down to -35°C), 100% powered by over 12,000 rooftop solar panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and optimize logistics flows.
  • Manage, motivate, and support team performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain shift flexibility to meet operational needs (shifts range from early morning rollouts at 06:15 to standard daytime blocks 08:00 – 17:00).
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, cold-chain standards, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Solid foundation (even small leadership/supervisory experience counts!).
  • Language Skills: Minimum B1 English communication skills.
  • Driving Licence: Valid Category B Driving Licence (Mandatory).
  • Attitude: Highly responsible, proactive, and flexible mindset.
  • Availability: Ready for a face-to-face interview on-site in Oss, Netherlands.
