In 2021, we moved into a spacious, state-of-the-art facility where engineering and production come together. We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our machining department! 🛠️
Your Role & Responsibilities 📋
Working in our Machining department, you will handle high-quality components for stainless steel motors, gearboxes, and robot parts.
Machine Operation: Operating and managing multiple CNC machines. 💻
Quality Control: Measuring and checking your own work using precision tools. 📏
Maintenance: Performing first-line maintenance to keep the machines running smoothly. 🔧
Process Improvement: Identifying deviations and contributing ideas to optimize production. 💡
Versatility: Assisting with secondary tasks, such as operating conventional lathes or presses. 🔩
Our High-End Machinery:
CNC Milling: 4-axis (OKK) & 3-axis (Haas)
CNC Lathes with Robotics: Victor, Puma, and Nakamura (Fanuc/UR robots) 🦾
Swiss-type Lathe: Citizen with bar feeder 🏎️
Cylindrical Grinding: Studer 💎
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Operator or a strong technical background. 🛠️
Language: Good English skills
Knowledge of Fanuc controller
Location: You must be currently living in the Netherlands. 📍
Mindset: Precise, responsible, and a true team player. 🤝
