• Salary: €14.70 per hour (starting from the Dutch minimum wage)
• Accommodation: Provided by the employer for only €50 per week

We are urgently looking for 2 motivated production workers to join our flower greenhouse team and replace departing employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a Greenhouse Worker, your duties will include:

• Maintaining flower greenhouses and ensuring a clean working environment.
• Harvesting flowers according to production schedules.
• Packing flowers and performing general production tasks.
• Sorting and preparing products for shipment.
• Assisting with greenhouse operations and daily maintenance.
• Performing heavy lifting in the packing area, including moving boxes weighing up to 10 kg.
• Following workplace safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work.
• A motivated attitude and availability for immediate employment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in greenhouse, agriculture, or production work is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
