Job Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, and delivery vans.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
  • Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure fleet reliability.
  • Repair breakdowns and replace defective components.
  • Respond to driver-reported technical issues, particularly on vehicle return days.
  • Work according to workshop schedules while remaining flexible for emergency repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in truck, commercial vehicle, agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment maintenance is an advantage.
  • Experience with marine engines or other mechanical systems is welcomed (training provided).
  • Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays during busy periods.
  • Valid Category B Driving Licence (Mandatory).
  • Good English communication skills (Minimum B2 Level).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
